Chris Bown spent a 15 year career as a police officer and detective in Western Australia before recognising that something about the criminal legal system just wasn't working.

Thrive Integration was formed by Chris to make a difference in the alarming recidivism rate in Australia.

The long-term goal at Thrive Integration is mentoring ex-prisoners who are becoming wholesome leaders. These leaders will mentor others within the Thrive community who are likely to re-offend and break the cycle of recidivism.

The three key areas Thrive Integration attempts to meet for those coming out of prison through its numerous relationships and agencies are,
